Maritime College of Business, Health and Technology (Maritime College) was created to make practical career education more accessible for today’s learners. Based in New Brunswick and built for online delivery, Maritime College serves students who want flexible, affordable, and career-focused programs without the need to relocate, commute, or put their lives on hold. Our students include working adults, parents, career changers, recent graduates, and learners returning to education after time away.

A Canadian College with Global Pathway Opportunities
Maritime College is proud to be a Canadian online college with an international academic pathway dimension. In addition to our career-focused programs, Maritime College is an approved Qualifi Sattelite Centre. This gives us the authority to deliver UK- Government accredited, globally recognized university pathway programs to learners in Canada and internationally.

Qualifi is a UK qualification awarding organisation recognized by Ofqual, the qualifications regulator in England. Through Qualifi, eligible learners can access regulated qualifications that may support progression to further study, including university pathway opportunities in in partnership with over 25 universities in top study destinations including the UK, the United States, Australia and other international destinations.

This creates a valuable opportunity for students who want more than a standalone learning experience. For learners with degree ambitions, Maritime College can serve as a cost-effective pathway toward further academic progression, depending on the qualification selected, the student’s eligibility, and the admission requirements of the receiving university.

Online Delivery and NB-Registration Status
Maritime College of Business, Health and Technology was intentionally designed for online learning. Our programs are delivered through a flexible online model that allows students to study without the barriers of relocation, commuting, or fixed campus attendance.

Under New Brunswick’s private occupational training registration framework, online and correspondence training is identified as exempt from registration requirements. Maritime College operates within this online delivery model, and we believe students deserve clear information about how our college operates and how each program is delivered.

For selected programs, Maritime College also operates as an approved Qualifi Satellite Centre, giving eligible learners access to UK-Government regulated, globally recognized qualifications and international university progression opportunities where applicable.
