Learners are expected to hold a recognised secondary school qualification or equivalent.

English Language Requirements
Learners must demonstrate English language proficiency sufficient to successfully engage with programme materials, participate in learning activities, and complete assessments. This may be evidenced through prior education completed in English or through a recognised English language qualification.

Covers the fundamentals of running food and beverage services, including menus, service styles, and dining-room and kitchen coordination.
Explores the operation of the front desk and rooms division, including reservations, check-in/out, and guest-account management.
Introduces how hospitality businesses attract and retain guests through branding, promotion, online presence, and sales techniques.
Introduces the process of planning and coordinating events, from concept and budgeting to logistics and on-site execution.
Teaches how hospitality operations manage pricing, costs, and revenue to remain profitable while delivering value to guests.
Introduces the key HR functions of recruiting, scheduling, training, and supervising staff within the hospitality industry.
